We will display a list of notaries that service the county, their qualifications, certifications and other information. Select the notaries that meet your criteria and submit your notary request. The notaries receive the request via email and text message on their cell phone or mobile device and submit their bids to you directly via email.

INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL:

With your industry professional account you can set up a profile online the first time you use our service so your contact information and minimum acceptable notary criteria (see criteria list below) are always stored.

In the future you'll save time because you can log in to your account and all your contact info and preferences will prepopulate the order form for you. Our system will check our database and confirm we have notaries in the area you need them. If we don't we will stop you from submitting your request and give you other options.

Interested notaries will submit their bids. The bids will be captured and organized online in an easy to view, "side by side comparison" format so you can choose the most qualified notary at the best price, quickly and easily. You will be emailed notification of each new bid received and given the option to accept a bid at any time.

Once a bid is accepted, no further bids will be allowed from the notaries. The full contact details of the notary you select will be available to you online and emailed to you. The notary will call you immediately and finalize all details.

You will be given the opportunity to rate the service the notary provided (coming soon). If a new notary is needed for this job you can log in to your account, select this bid request, modify any details necessary and submit your request again rather than completing a whole new request.
