For our Notaries, we understand your first concern may be that this system will create an environment that promotes working for lower fees. That is not the case! We developed the bidding system to set the minimum bid based on todays industry standards so you are paid fairly and given equal opportunity to win bids. There is no MAXIMUM BID. It's up to you what to charge but you will be judged based on the strength of your profile and your bid for each job.

Companies submit Bid Requests for notary services

Companies that need notary services will enter the zip code where the signing will occur. We display a list of notaries that service that county. They choose the notaries that they feel meet their criteria and submit their bid request online. When you set up your profile, you will be asked to enter all your service areas by county.

You get notified via email and text message to your cellular phone or mobile device and submit your bid

If you are in the service area required by the bid request you will receive an email and (if your profile specifies) a text message sent to your cellular phone or mobile device notifying you of the new bid request. You will be given the opportunity to submit your bid online or on your mobile device depending on your technology (compatible web browser and internet service required). The company contact information will not be available to you unless you win the bid.

If you win the bid, you are notified again and contact the company for further details

If you win the bid you will be notified via email and text message that you have won the bid and at this time the company contact details will be provided to you and a confirmation of the job will be emailed to you and available online. You will be expected to contact the company immediately for further isntructions and a confirmation.

Unlike signing services and other similar services we ENCOURAGE YOU to build a relationship with your new client. With NotaryBids.com you sign no contract limiting your activity. Our goal is to help you build long term relationships that generate repeat business. Over time, we hope that many new mutually rewarding relationships are built thanks to our service.

Rate the company (coming soon)

Once the job is completed the company will be asked to rate your service and that rating becomes available to future companies considering your services. In addition, you will also be asked to rate the company so you and other notaries have the benefit of your experience.
