[A-2] When companies (Lenders, Title Companies, Escrow Companies and others) that need notary services submit a RFB (Request For Bid) in your geographic location, you will receive an email and text message notifying you that your services are needed. If you are interested and available you can submit a bid to win the job. Our system sets a minimum bid so an industry standard minimum fee is enforced. (Meaning we don't want the system abused and notaries being under paid.)

You can pay $49.00 one time for the life of your relationship with us using a debit or credit card when you sign up. There will be no further cost no matter how much business you get. We do offer a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee if you select this option.

The 2nd plan is for those that don't want to pay anything to sign up now in exchange for a minimal fee per job. You pay nothing to activate your account now but when and if you win a bid you will be prompted to pay $9.95 using your debit or credit card (we accept Visa or Mastercard only)

[A-5] NotaryBids.com is a business. We provide notaries as well as companies that need notaries a valuable service and expect to be paid for that service like other business's. We are an IMPARTIAL company meaning neither notaries or companies are considered our client. You are BOTH our CUSTOMER, therefore you are no more or no less important than the companies that count on us to contact you for them. Together we are all more successful.

[A-6] You can not change plans after you sign up. If you choose plan 1 you must stick with Plan 1. If you choose Plan 2 you must stick with Plan 2. We may consider changing this policy in the future. If we do we will notify all our notaries.

[A-7] No! You choose the fee you are willing to work for therefore you are in complete control of your income. However, you must keep your fees competitive to win bids!

NotaryBids.com does not want to be responsible for driving down the industry expected fee for notary services. (In other words, if the typical fee for a signing is $75.00 we won't allow notaries to bid $40.00) Our system will limit the minimum fee you can start your bid at so you and others are properly compensated for your services now and in the future.

[A-8] If you sign up for Plan 1 ($49.00 forever) we offer a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee If within 90 days you feel you have not benefited from your relationship with us simply send us an email from our "Contact Us" page with your ID and we will issue you a full refund and convert your account to Plan 2 free of charge.

If you sign up for Plan 2 ($9.95 per signing) the $9.95 transaction fee will typically be non refundable. However, we may consider a refund if there are extenuating circumstances. You will however be presented with our standard Terms and Conditions documentation before you are asked to submit your credit or debit card details.
